ze willen niet meer met ons ruilen aan gezien er problemen zijn met het verzenden van mijn zaden ,naar een van de members
voor de tweede keer is de boel open gescheurt en vernietigd
en nu will bijna niemand meer ruilen met ons uit nederland
aan gezien dit nou al weken op dit forum word besproken zijn ze ineens allemaal bang geworden

Da's maar tijdelijk! Ik heb alleen vandaag al vier "trades" geregeld. Ik heb er al zo'n 100 verstuurd, en er is er maar één onderschept. Je hebt écht pech gehad!
De kunst is, om de zaden zo te verpakken dat het niet opvalt. I doe ze in bubbeltjesplastic en pak ze stijf in, zodat ze niet rammelen. Op de envelop plak ik een sticker met de bekende kabouter en daarop schrijf ik dat de envelop "ornamentals" of "collectibles" bevat. Laat in ieder geval NOOIT weten dat er zaden inzitten. Ik stuur ze ook altijd priority, dat schijnt ook te helpen. Ook een tip: gebruik enveloppen met een bedrijfslogo, dan zijn ze minder achterdochtig.
Het hangt er nogal vanaf waar je zaden het land inkomen. Meestal is dat New York en dan is er geen probleem. Komen ze binnen via Chicago (wat soms gebeurt in de meer noordelijke staten), dan kun je ervan uitgaan dat ze worden onderschept, die hebben echt een verschrikkelijke reputatie!

Let ook een beetje op de hoeveelheden, per soort mogen het er maar 50 zijn. Met bijvoorbeeld papaver of nicotiana zit je daar zo aan. Heel kleine beetjes sturen, dus!

Dames, Gelieve zich te maken niet over dit ongerust. Ik te hoeven niet om de vervangen zaden te hebben, is zij juist, is Chicago gekend voor taai het zijn op de invoer. Ik stel voor dat misschien u niet zaden naar plaatsen verzendt die door Chicago zouden gaan. Uw vriend, Kathy

Ik heb een andere suggestie marjolein, waarom niet u aanbiedt om uw
zaden eerst te verzenden om ervoor te zorgen dat de persoon hen
krijgt, dan kunnen zij theirs naar u na dat verzenden. Een enkel
gedachte.

Well, I'm awake now and having great fun over your Dutch! It's somewhat puzzling but understandable and great fun to read. Except mamajack's I'm afraid. Still mulling over what she's been trying to say! I've given up on those translation sites. I found out that I can do it better myself.
Still appreciate the effort, though. As Marjolein wrote in Dutch I automatically replied in Dutch. Not very considerate but it's nature having its way......
I typed it in English the put it in the translator and chose translate from English to Dutch. Then I put the same message into a different translator and it read it completly different. I was hoping I didn't accidently write something insulting, lol!

Sorry .. I thought they were everywhere .. at least they were when I was in Amsterdam. I've got your seeds all packed up and will mail them this morning.
