Looking for a marinade for shishkabab?

Hello ,

My mom id coming down in 2 weeks I want to make her some shishkabab's on the grill not sure if i spelled it right but i think you know what i am talking about. I will be making them of beef red peper onion and yellow summer squash and zucchini. I need a marinade to marinate them in preferably over night?
