Leftover Spaghetti Sauce

Anyone have any recipes/ideas on how to use up leftover spaghetti sauce - other than lasagna, manicotti, etc. That's what I've always done with quantities of spaghetti sauce - just thought there might be some other recipes or uses for the sauce. What I have leftover is usually a meat sauce. Thanks!
