Just sent in a Cashier's Check to 'GotEpis.com' for 5 'Epi' cuttings. Do I need to start these cuttings in a peat based medium or what type of growing medium should I be using? Also I would like to know if I need to have these 'Epi' cuttings planted in a large/medium/ or smaller sized pot?

Barry, I use a peat-based potting mix, but any good commercial potting mix will do. You can start them all together if you want in a larger pot, spaced a few inches apart, or you can start them in individual smaller containers.
