Ugh more snow!!!

(Zone 4a)

There is a blizzard outside right now! Just when I start thinking things might start melting and turning into spring this has to happen!! Ha!

Well I am getting wayyyy anxious - I might just start some seeds indoors tomorrow! Hahaha! Bring on the spring weather!!!

South Milwaukee, WI

I was driving home today and I was in a mini blizzard for awhile, and no snow was predicted for us today. It just keeps coming- even when it's not suppose to. I keeping dreaming of the spring bulbs popping up.

Yeah me too soap! I have had enough of winter now!

Blyth, ON(Zone 5b)

We had more snow on Friday as well, but at least for us it really was in the forecast. I heard on the news that for a few hours it was falling at a rate of about 1.5 cm every half hour. I too have had way more than enough of this winter stuff!

(Zone 4a)

This is what I would like to be looking at right now!!! Go away snow!!

The endless winter is what I call it! And there's supposed to be another system moving in tonight for a good portion of Ontario....freezing rain and all that, sigh. I usually love winter but I've truly had enough. Spring, spring, where are you?

Dawn I don't want to alert you but that is the biggest SLUG I have ever seen in the background. You need to get a big can of beer for that one to fall into. LOL Yes bring on spring. Here in Juneau it is at least raining. Had a big snow storm yesterday. I can't wait to get home and see spring thursday.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

It has been a more snowier winter across Canada. Not so much in Calgary, but Central & North AB has had a lot as well. It is amazing how much Eastern Canada has had.

Although there is some snow & ice still here, I have one flower bed that is a bit of a hot zone. It is very exciting to see spring growth.

I can't see the slug. Where is it ?

(Zone 4a)

Hahaha I believe she "might" be referring to my bbq cover?? LOL LOL

Kalispell, MT(Zone 4b)

You got it, that big black slug waiting to devour the garden.

South Milwaukee, WI

Oh. LOL I have a large ceramic snail and I was trying to find one of those in the picture. I wasn't thinking of the bbq cover.

(Zone 4a)

LOL You people are hilarious! I never thought it looked like a slug but now that you mentioned it LOL

Steve, do you spend more time away from home than at home? Geez, the wife must miss ya!

Kalispell, MT(Zone 4b)

I spend 1/2 of my life away from my best friend. But I think, when I leave, she is glad to have the peace. I make her life kind of a whirlwind when I am there. We balance each other quite well. Though I have scheduled most of her time off this summer with me except for 3 weeks so we can garden and have fun in the wilds of Montana. I want to get up to Ainsworth hot springs has anybody been there in BC?

Orangeville, ON(Zone 4b)

I don't know how you do it Steve, spending that much time away from her. Me and my DH are together 24/7 since we operate our own business. We rarely fight about anything and never run out of things to talk about. I'm not sure how we do it,lol.

Well, another blast of winter ran through here last night and into today. We couldn't find the driveway when we got home from work because the plows blocked it up pretty good. They're forcasting more for the end of the week and weekend....hurray, more snow....NOT!

I don't have much of a choice. Working where I live is such a depressed area that I don't see working for half of what a house framer gets. So I have to travel to get paid and to see the world. I do enjoy that, and my DW doesn't. We are opposites that have a balancing effect on each other and I cannot become someone I'm not. We enjoy the times together I think even more. I have most of the summer off to be with her in the garden this year. Steve
