Thanks Kin! Yours are an inspiration to me!

I just can't believe how beautiful the magnolias are this year. I feel obligated to drive around just to appreciate their short lived beauty. How sad if they are not enjoyed when they work so hard to be beautiful.

I remember when my son was small we used to go visit a mimosa tree every spring that was so spectacular in bloom. It had the prettiest form. Just an incredible tree. My son had no interest in looking at it. I would tell him, that he would only get to see this tree in perfect bloom maybe 60 times in his life if he was lucky to live that long, so each time we came to see it, he needed to really fully enjoy its show.

Of course I didn't know then that Mimosas die young and little boys grow up and move to New York City. LOL

Here is a magnolia I saw yesterday. SPECTACULAR is not a good enough word to describe it. I actually could walk behind its branches that hung to the ground and be surrounded by just flowers. And they were PINK too. LOL

How lucky are we Kin, to get to enjoy such things so much!

A Spectacular Magnolia indeed! I can only imagine seeing Magnolia Kell dancing among the Blooms... LOL
You must really be having a great show this Spring. Did the hard freeze you had last year ruin their display last Spring? I'm anxious now to see our Magnolia show. With the weather we have been enjoying it may not be long!

You Ladies sure are sure getting some great photos submitted into the PF!!
