Article on Seed Trading/SASBE

I know I ran across a discussion by someone about what you should do when you are trading seeds and I believe there was a link to another article about SASBE. Does anyone remember that and can you point me in the right direction? I am not new to the site (I used to just look up info on the plants I had) but am new as a paid subscriber and seed planter. Any info appreciated. Em.
