Ok I know a few of us have talked about me selling the roots but I thought before I posted I would make an offer here to all of you.
Phyllostachys aurea is the kind I have and it is a running type so it needs to be contained unless you plan on mowing any shoots out of where you want it off....will make a nice wind break privacy screen and you can grow it and cut some down after it is big enough and make wind chimes or use it for staking tomatoes or making markers for where you have planted
It is a you dig all you can haul off...no charge.
DH has decided we need to get an excavator in here to dig and smooth things out but I have no idea when he is planning on that.
so give me a holler here or in Dmail and I can give you directions and we can set a day for you to dig your lil heart out.
