This the plant that I have but I have never seen seeds on it, does this plant distinguish its self by male and female?

I don't believe so. It could be that the cultivar is a female but I believe they have both male & female on the same plant.

Found seeds on the plant this year, waiting to see if they will propagate.

They are fairly easy to propagate from cuttings.
