would like to find 20 acres at least,with a spring,creek.soe trees.either idaho,northeast washington.

Can't help you but I hope you find a great place. Around here, flat land is at a premium. You can buy 100 acre parcels and only have a few of them flat. I would love to have a place with a spring also. Lots of places here have them. We have a well of our own but no spring.
