ARGH!! need help ASAP!!

I recently had my laptop reformated, I have gotten it back and I need to print off some usps postage labels, and I can't get my computer /internet provider to let me print of f the labels. I know it has something to do with the internet security or the phishing filter or pop up blockers. I just can't figure out what to do about it. I have the pop up blockers unblocked so I can get the pop ups on this site.

I do have adobe acrobat reader on my computer .

A box comes up after I click to pay and print, the box says do you want to save this file or find a program on line to open it. I've never had to do this before. The adobe acrobat reader just comes up automatically and prompts me to print the labels.

I've got to get this figured out, and I can't call my computer guy on a sunday.
