This morning while I was taking the canine members of the family for their morning potty break Tessa kitty (aka Tetleytuna) managed somehow to slip out the door. This has been one of the few fairly nice days we have had in quite a while and I think she just could not resist. She is a strictly inside cat unless in a crate or in my arms and I am very worried about her. It is fully dark now and she has been gone all day. There are various critters around here that could run her off or kill her. We live in a rural wooded area and I know we have foxes and coyotes here. The neighbors let their dogs run which could be a problem. I also feed some feral kitties that may not be too happy about sharing space with her. Is there anybody out there that will cross their fingers that Tessa makes it back safe? She is a very special little girl. I found her as a baby trapped under some wooden boards and she has been a treasured member of our family for several years. She even managed to die on me once while at the vet's but we managed to get her back. I pray she comes back now.
Tessa has vanished............
