bush morning glory seeds
I haven't been able to find seeds for this one. It seems to be only as planted cuttings. There is a seller on ebay who has them fairly cheap.
I have some labeled white bush MG, but think it's this instead of the one you are looking for: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/560192/
This is always in our local big box stores in one gallon size. Not sure how expensive it would be to ship but the usually cost around 5 bucks for the plant. If you woud like me to pick one up for you please let me know. ( I have never seen seed pods on these and they are used in all landscaping here)
Such a common landscape plant here. Never had it myself.
I have managed to kill it a few times. It is the serial overwaterer in me.

I will check this weekend for one. They usually come in one gallon pots but I would this if the dirt was removed and the roots wrapped in a wet paper towel it would not be too heavy.
I can send a couple cuttings of the pink ipomoea carnea for postage.
