ok...where are the plant sales?

Seguin, TX(Zone 8b)

Since I have discovered I will be missing the big plant sale at A&M this year (sniff, sniff), I would like to know what other plant sales are out there that I might be able to go check out this year?

There's a daylily sale here in May, Kim. Silverfluter and her dh are going to stay here Friday night, and we have a very comfy couch if you want to stay, too. :-)

Sounds like it would be a lot of fun. I better check out my calendar and see what's going on then. I think the semester is getting done by then, would be a good break for me.

Don't forget about March Mart at Mercer Arboretum in Spring just north of Houston March 28th and 29th . It's pretty awesome, but get there early and bring your own wagon they run out pretty quick, plus who wants to wait in line for a wagon when you could be shopping!

Oh bummer, that is when I will be gone too. Oh well! I need plant sales that are not the last weekend in march...lol!

The SFA Arboretum sale in Nacogdoches is April 12th this year, I believe, although it is not yet on their events page. This is a link to LA Native Plant Society's listing: http://www.lnps.org/ . This will be my first year, but I've heard it is great.
