Hawaiian Bell Vine - Any experience with this?

Has anyone had experience with Hawaiian Bell Vine?
(Ipomoea Beraviensis - Stricocardia Beraviensis)

I'm interested in trying it on a trellis that covers the bottom floor of our house. It gets a mix of sun and shade, but can also have some fairly strong winds coming off of the marina across about 200 feet away.

I have it - it gets huge here in subtropical SW Florida. Beautiful though. Here it is a winter bloomer,. not sure what it would be up in MA.

Actually, we are on Useppa, o of Ft Myers near Sanibel, just a 1 hour drive from Naples.
