Does anyone have a good brisket recipe? DH had one for lunch at some company affair a few weeks ago and is nagging for brisket. I can honestly say I've cooked just about everything but not this. I don't own a smoker and we use a pro series gas grill to which I can put a small smoker box it that will add to the flavor. Any ideas? This isn't a cut of meat that I really like and not something that is real big where I'm from so I've never put forth the effort. Btw we DO NOT like hot...spice is fine just very little heat.
