If the chicken is bound now a warm bath sometimes will help to relax the area so an egg can be passed. Some ppl will use a lubricant such as Ky and try to lube the area/vent with a gloved fingertip. Be gentle.
Are you feeding oyster shell freely ?? Calcium and vit. D are crucial for healthy laying. I even grind egg shells and feed back to my poultry. I also give apple cider vinegar in water regularly helps them absorb the calcium better.

sounds like good advice to me. also help her relax by putting her in a warm dry dark place while sitting in the bath.
