Looking for heirloom meat chickens

I'm looking for a breed of heirloom meat chicken that has a good-sized breast and can be finished out at under 3 lb. Does anyone have any ideas? It can be hard to sell chickens larger than 2 lb. Also, if you know where I can buy the chicks, it would be much appreciated!

Have you checked the dual purpose breeds ?? They take longer to mature , which means more feed and of course more cost to the producer.
