Um, no. The plant you posted is a cultivar of Helianthus annuus, the annual sunflower. The plant featured on this page is a perennial and a hybrid of unknown origin.

I wasn't affected by the flooding but many of our local wholesale growers were hit hard. I think they're all going to be okay but it was a rough few weeks of clean-up.

I'll pass your info on to my boss in the Czech Republic and see if we need another Eastern US rep. It would be a lot more helpful if you were from southern California though, just sayin' :)
