Just bought this at a nursery. They didn't know what hoya it was either. I have some guesses but would

Hey Paula...howzzit.
Your hoya is H. obscura. The more light you give it the darker red the leaves will become...lots of water!!!! The blooms are heavenly!!!! Congratulations....it is one of the best.

Beautiful plant, indeed! I was given a cutting of H. obscura but unfortunately it didn't take root and didn't survive. I am going to be on the lookout for this one!
