Have: Hibiscus syriacus Want: houseplants or seeds

I have lots of fresh Hibiscus syriacus Rose of Sharon seeds. I'm looking for houseplants or houseplant seeds that can be planted now without stratification. I will also take cuttings. I don't have that many plants yet, so I'm open to most any trades.
