...for someone to respond to your post, check out the plants database to see if the seeds you're wanting to trade (or receive) are included among the 1,150+ plants listed there.
If not, please take a moment to add an entry; if you're harvesting the seeds or seeking them, you're undoubtedly familiar with the plant's basic characteristics. I am constantly amazed at the sheer variety of seeds that we are seeking to trade here; I can guarantee you there are countless seeds currently being traded that aren't in the database yet.
A quick internet search will confirm the specifics, like height, light and moisture requirements, zones, etc.
Then when you trade those seeds you can refer your traders to the entry in the database for all the information they'll need.
Or if you're receiving the seeds in a trade, you'll be able to set up your journal to point to that entry, and save yourself some time :)
