Trouble with Outlook Express

A couple of months ago I had a problem with my outlook express. It just kind of locked up wouldn't send or respond at all. My ISP gave me a web address for a while and finally I got everything going again with a lot of bad things going on along the way( a stop off with aol which I have discussed in another post) bad mistake.I got my outlook restored by a very helpful tech and it lasted 2 weeks and started doing the same. the tech that restored it this time said this is common and my outlook express is probably corrupted. He said if it happens again I will need to reinstall my windows xp
Just wondering if any of you have had anything like this happed and what was your solution?
