Water Gardening Invasives List

Holland, OH(Zone 5b)

As all ponders get to thinking about spring and what water plants they will select for the next season I'd thought it would be a good idea to avoid plants that are known to be a problem. The link below is to the January/February 2008 issue of Pond & Garden Magazine. This magazine is for the pond industry but subscriptions are available to any one. (I'm sure no pro!) You need Adobe to read the pdf file format and enlarge the list so that you can see it. The list is on page 46. (I had to enlarge it to 172% to see it clearly.) The list is arranged alphabetically by Latin plant name, common name and the State or Federal list on which that particular plant happens to appear.

Happy Ponding!

I'm also posting this in the invasives forum.
