Dallas Area Spring 2008 Plant Sales
Thank you! I want to the Heard last year and they had some nicce stuff, came home with nothing but they had some very nice things.
Giving this a bump - please come by the CCMG Plant Sale on Saturday for a great selection of Texas tough plants at really good prices.
Anybody near the McKinney area, the Heard still had lots of good plants left over from the sale when I went up there Monday and Tuesday and everything was buy-one-get-one-free. Not any noticeable difference between the two days so I don't think anyone knows about the remaining plants. Luckily I did not spend much Friday at the actual event, because I spent twice as much on sale stuff. LOL
The Fort Worth Botanic Garden Spring Plant Sale is this Sat. April 19th from 9am-2pm. Everything from bulbs to trees. Parking is off Montgomery Street just north of I-30. Look for the large yellow banner.

I just went up to the Heard during lunch and there are still quite a few plants remaining, even a few trees and shrubs. I paid $14 for six plants...quite a bargain!

Hey, did anybody go to the Collin County Master Gardeners plant sale this past Friday? I spent $150...yikes. We had some new plants this year and good crowds during the morning hours.
