hmmmm as I recall, I had to do a running leap to grab the branch to bring the flower down to camera level so Kell could get her shot..
All the while Kell yelling 'No Lali, don't be a flower theif!'

LOL, oh yeah, I can just picture it!

OK, so I whined until she got out of the car and picked me one. But she refused to help me dig the tree up to bring it home. What kind of friend is that?

Not only that but she abandoned us on our wild RED pot buying spree, Sue. Now we are both well potted in RED and she is not. Poor Lali girl, without RED in Northern California. I think Lali girl needs an injection of abandon and pot insanity and have her color and her common sense sucked out of her.

Hey listen now, Lali has had her injection of abandon and insanity but it manifests itself in frequent trips to MAUI not red pot buying sprees, though I'm so jealous now that I'm not part of the RED pot club.

And speaking of injections of insanity, I'll be having one soon when I board my plane to (yup, you guessed it) MAUI in exactly 16 days! =ºP

Ok, I will post some RED pot pics on the Calif. pot thread since this a PF thread. Maybe tomorrow, if I can walk, I will take more pictures. I unloaded my car and planted one pot, moved three big plants, planted a rose and pulled weeds. I ache.

Well shoot Pretty Sue, no way your red pots, hot as they are, will complete with Lali girl on the beach in Hawaii in a BIKINI no less!! Well shoot again, and she didn't even invite us tojoin her though we sure invited her to the red pot buying spree.

I even have a hot PINK bikini too.

ohhhhhhhhhhhh is that what my blooms will look like when it finally blooms. I grew a bunch from seed. Lost them all in Katrina but the wonderful Ruby still had some I shared with her so i got one back. It is about 6' right now. Hope it survived our winter.
