Mrs. Rachel Mayer (nee McPhail) age 64yrs, passed away with her family by her side at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre on February 5, 2008. Born June 30th, 1943, Rachel dedicated her life to her family, friends as well as her Poodles and love for African Violets. Rachel is survived by her husband Denis Mayer, her children Roger (Cori) Mayer, Raymond (Dolores) Mayer and Ninette (Steve) Mayer. Grandchildren Jade Mayer, Justine Brownlee, Jory & Aja Mayer and Dylan Mayer. Also survived by her brother Jack (Karen) McPhail and Tom (Donna) McPhail as well as nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Jackson and Nellie McPhail and her sister (Yvonne) Bonnie McPhail. Cremation has taken place and, as Rachel wishes, no service will be held.
