Hello Fellow Texans!
I used to order a lot of health foods, herbs, whole grains, etc from Ozark co-op. They made a drop in George West and in San Antonio and I would drive out once a month to pick up our groups order. They went under and I have not been able to find another that services this area. Anyone know of one? I don't mind driving as far as San Antonio once a month for a pick up.

There should be some farmers markets in CC. We have several in the Houston area.

If you were closer, I'd say come on over - I have lots of parsley, rosemary and cilantro right now.
If you want to plant your own, have some seed left, too
Was that the Ozark Coop Warehouse? I was in that one. There is another company doing something similar, but I don't know the name. I'll try to find out.
Yes, Ozark Coop Warehouse. They went under and I heard there was another company that was doing it but I never got the info and I can't remember the name either.
It's a shame, I loved having the coop even if I had to make the long drive to pick up.

That was a great coop. A friend of mine started ordering from them around 2001 I think. We called our group "Episcopickles". When we first started ordering you had to call in your order and they always got a kick out of our name.
I'll try to find out the name of the new coop. There's a group in town ordering from them. The rules are different and IMO more difficult, but maybe they'll work for you.
