Hi there everyone, I am going to be raising chickens for egg laying and eating. Is there a good book I can get that will show/tell me how to kill and clean a chicken?

I have 'Storey's Guide to Raising Chickens' by
Gail Damerow. Storey publishing. It is a very
comprehensive guide, from hatching to processing,
and everything you didn't know you needed to know.
Care feeding and facilities are extensively covered.
