Does anyone know of a good mail order source for apple trees around NC? Bare root is better. Looking for selection and quality.

Big Horse Creek Farm is an excellent nursery in your state. They have a huge selection. You custom order trees by March 1 and they ship them in the fall.

Vintage Virginia Apples isn't too much further. They also have a good selection but are on the expensive side. These nurseries focus on older varieties; for modern commercial varieties, Adams County Nursery in PA is very good.
