Can't access email sub-account in Verizon.net-please help

Hoping for help !
It was a huge ordeal for hubby to set up my email subaccount for Verizon. Best he could find was it had to be used through Outlook Express. Used it some weeks, then couldn't send but still could receive. Now I can't even find anywhere to access it. Outlook Express page looks different. I can find where to set up the subaccounts, in Verizon, but NOWHERE can find how to ACCESS it !
Verizon page doesn't give me anywhere to log in. It logs in to the main account..

Hoping for help. I would be so grateful !!
