Has anyone used the Peticure?

I was at my SIL's house this afternoon and there was an infomercial for Peticure. Seems like it's a Dremel for pets claws. My SIL said the commercial said there is a safeguard so you can't grind too much nail down.

Has anyone heard anything about it or used it?
