Anyone have a sun conure?

I'm thinking about get bird and this one came to mind. People said it's a friendly bird and easy to train. I live in zone 9 so I'm thinking of building some sort of large cage or netted area outside for him. Of course durning cooler weather he would be inside. Just wondering if he would be a very loud annoying bird and would the outside thing keep him happier than a small cage all the time. Personally I don't like the idea of keeping a bird in a small cage but if given a decent run outside I might consider getting one.
