Hi all. I am brand new to this forum, don't know why as I love to cook.
anyway...
Starting the first week in February I will be teaching a 40 minute long "cooking" class to 3-4-5th graders. I've thought of changing the description to "Kitchen Basics" as 40 minutes is not much time, especially with 8,9 and 10 year olds. Does anyone have any healthy, simple recipes I can work with the students with. I have ovens at my disposal, as well as a griddle, and a microwave. I also have three-four free standing burners. Remember it is ONLY 40 minutes. Any and all help is appreciated.
