This is close up pic of the mounds. They are not mounds and seem to have hundreds of tiny holes in them. Like ice pick holes. This is a close up to show the holes. The only place the hole are in the yard is where the mounds were. Breathing, holes? Maybe small crabs was right. Wish I knew. So ends the mounds unless they start up again.
