Now Eunice, you sound like me! I am the biggest klutz ... run into things, trip over my own feet! Usually my brain is going full speed and I don't concentrate on what I'm doing! I did fall in the shower a month or so ago ... I was so very lucky, bruised my hip and had some soreness but that's about all. It sure scared me though. I was home by myself, it was about 8 a.m. and hubby had already gone to work. I just sat there for a few minutes, afraid to move, thinking I might have broken something. I was so thankful I hadn't hurt myself big time ... being on my naked butt in the tub and the nearest phone in the kitchen - I would have been sitting or laying in the tub all day until hubby got home from work! Hubby made me buy a supposedly non slip tub mat, so hopefully it won't happen again! From now on I take a cordless phone into the bathroom with me, just in case of an emergency!

Oh Gail, your Amaryllis finally opened? How pretty she is! Do you know the name on that one? I have/had a red one that a friend gave me for Christmas a few years ago that I think is called Red Lion ... it looks like that. I have a few Amaryllis in pots out on my deck but need to put them in the ground this spring. They don't bloom like they should because they aren't getting enough sun.
I just picked up three of them to force in the house, Lin. I forgot to keep the name of them.
Always I end up throwing them away after they bloom but not this year! I am going to find out what to do with them the right way and then put them in the ground. Those around here in Taft aren't exposed to full sun and bloom beautifully every year.

I heard from a friend that Walmart is carrying Streps in Florida and just telling me to be on the lookout here in Texas to see if they are coming here also............that would be nice!!!!
