When you get one to take, do you then slow down new flowers from coming as the seed pods grow?

Kell, nope, just leave the plant alone like in nature and if the pod takes it will develop on its own wheater the plant continues to bloom or not.

Kell, it varies from plant to plant and cross to cross, some mature quickly others can take a month or more here.
