you may have aquired it as Aloe harlana, but it is not. It is most likely Aloe hemmingii

You're probably right. I hate the labeling system they have at big box stores. I got (what i think is) a menstera deliciosa that was just labeled "tropical plant". what good does that make? lol

by the way, do you know how i can change this pic to the right plant file? or delete it?

Yes, mystic, After researching both aloes, i can conclude that what i have is Aloe Hemmingii.
