Bird seed on line

Not sure if this is in the right place, or not, but wanted to share this experience with you. A birdseed order from www.abirdsworld.com arrived damaged via (UPS). The carton looked like it had been dragged all the way from Arizona behind the little brown truck. The bags were ripped and the seed was spilling out. There really was not much of the order that remained, it was scattered from Pennsylvania to Arizona. I E-mailed the company, just to let them know what had happened to their shipment. To my surprise I received a note from them that they were replacing the order! This was not something they had to do, but they chose to do so. The new order arrived today packed like Fort Knox! Their shipping is very reasonable, $7.95 for any order under $100 and free if $100 or over.
