can dogs eat yogurt?

My older (8) dog Lucy (boxer/shep mix) had to be put on antibiotics because she got something in her nose and has an infection. The meds are really messing with her stomach, and I'm wondering if she can have a little plain yogurt, like I eat when I'm on antibiotics. She has had small amounts of milk products with no ill effects, like bits of cheese. I'm grasping at straws to make her feel better. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
