dusty mold on iris dutch bulbs

I got some bulbs for Xmas and noticed that some of them have some of dusty green spots on them. Should I just plant them?
hould I rinse them off then plant them?
Should I rinse them in a bit of Bleach water? (VERY diluted)
I'm still trying to get some things in the ground!

I would suggest dusting them with a fungicide. Inspect them to make sure there aren't any soft spots. If so, remove the bad spots at least on the lilies for sure. For the others, you might have to toss them if they are soft.

Would a spray fungicide be alright? That's all I have. So far, it's only the iris with the mold. So Far....

Planting now, any other plans.

Is this a no on the bleach water?

I think a spray fungicide would be okay. I'd lay them out on newspaper or paper bags to dry real well.
