I recently posted my experience with The Lily Lady, in Darien, Georgia, on the Amaryllis discussion site and it was suggested that I also post the information here. In November I bought several amaryllis bulbs that were on sale. In December my order was cancelled by the company for no reason, although the same bulbs are currently for sale at much higher prices. There has been no response to my emails, or to the phone calls I made before the line was disconnected. My money has not been refunded and I will be reporting her to local agencies. She has now stopped taking credit card payments, "due to problems we've had with credit card companies." (The credit card company has opened a file on the charge that has not been refunded.) There is another review of the company in the Garden Watchdog, written after the same thing happened to him.
