Hiya ..

Got a pressure cooker for Xmas and would like to hear from y'all re recipes etc.

YEARS ago .. I happened to be in the Living Room when my Moms EXPLODED in the kitchen !! Lordie we were cleaning up carrots a taters for a week !!! I was reluctant to get one, but keep hearing about their resurgence into the kitchen ..

Hope I get some good insights ..
