Seagate FreeAgent Pro External Hard Drive

I got the Seagate FreeAgent Pro External Hard Drive to use as a backup for my desktop Computer. I use Windows Live OneCare for my Firewall, Anti-virus, pshishing & backup. When I connected the Seagate hard drive, it installed a software called Memeo & it started backing up my pc to the hard drive.

It removed some of the icons of programs, etc. that I use regularly from the bottom task bar & installed icons for the Seagate hard drive & the Memeo software. Then it constantly collects data & seems to slow down my pc even more so then it already was.

I was wondering does anyone here use this hard drive & software? If so, do you like it? I'm thinking seriously of trying to remove the backup that it did & removing the software from my pc & seeing if I can use the Windows Live OneCare to do the backups, without it trying to keep installing the Memeo software.
