I remember as a kid sucking on sugar cane at my aunts in Georgia. Dont know if it would grow here but would like to try. It seems like a bamboo type plant so I might have some luck. If anyone has the plant or bulb ( dont know how it is propogated) I have lots of seeds I could trade.
