Received a beautiful (small) jacaranda sapling for the holidays. What are my options for keeping this one alive in zone 7b (north of Greenville, SC, base of Paris Mountain). I'd love to have this out in the garden one day, but would be afraid to plant it now. My wife and I lived in Malawi and Zimbabwe for 3 years and I love this plant. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Looking for advice on growing Jacaranda
From what I just read about it your to cold to leave it outside. Big pot with wheels so you can have a decent size tree but bring it in when it gets cold?
