Merry Christmas

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

Wishing all a wonderful Christmas or whichever holiday you celebrate.
My DS and I made cookies yesterday. He told me it wasn't quite as much fun as when he was little. I told him that is because he didn't eat enough of the raw dough and than I threw a piece at him. I am going to make a punkin pie today and what we call punkin pudding for my one son who doesn't like crust. Everybody have a great time and eat to much and take a nice nap.

We have a small amount of snow and it is coooold here today. Plano it isn't pumpkin
pudding it is punkin at least that is what my son use to call it. Yes, I like Noblesville and it is pretty place to live. I just don't like all the things building up around here. I liked it better the way it was.

Both of you enjoy the season

Merry Christmas! I hope you have a wonderful holiday. We are celebrating this evening since my son is flying out tomorrow to visit my sister. Daughter leaves the next day - I don't know why they couldn't travel together :-)

A very Merry Christmas to all...
Happy Holidays and blessings for the new year to each and every one!

It makes me kinda sad though... for all the build up of the holidays from the end of Ocober on, and then it's gone in an instant! My daughters were here over the weekend and we celebrated our Christmas then, as they won't be with me on Christmas day. :o( They will be with their father then.

I do want everyone here to know how much their friendship to me has meant in the past year. I haven't posted much lately as things have been rough and very hard for me of late, but I do lurk often and try to catch up on the threads as much as I can. If it were not for DG to help keep my mind off my problems at times, I would have lost it a long time ago. I am trying to keep the faith, and trust in the Lord that He has something spectacular in store for me. I will be glad to put 2007 behind me.

May God bless you all in the coming year, and He provide for all you need and wish for!
I love you all, and wish the very best to each of you!

Merry Christmas and big {{{{{Hugs}}}}} to all!!

I hope I don't get in trouble for posting this, but it was so powerful a message when I received it through an email and it relates to what Diane just said . I am only going to share part of the message. It has really helped me through this fall. (remember this came to me from a lady in our Sunday school class who sends us the week's study)

Monday the 16th:
"This week's focus is a joyous one. On Sunday we talked about the difference between happiness and joy. Joy is what happens when we put our trust in God no matter what our circumstances are. Happiness is dependent on positive outcomes in particular situations. Each day this week you will be encouraged to focus on a scripture that has a sense of joy or rejoicing in it. Use the diversity of the scriptures as a lense into your life and how much yu are truly focused on Joy or Happiness."

me??????? the message only hit me between my eyes!

I have given this some thought and see what you mean. Thank you for posting.

Karen here is praying that the next year is a better one for you and your children.

I got to see my granddaughter for a short time today and she looked very good and seemed to be in better spirits.
