Stitching music files together

I'm creating some DVD's from family photos and the program I'm using only allows one music file to be added to loop and play continuously. The DVD is about 30 minutes long and that one song is getting old very fast. I want to stitch several music files together so they will play as one file. Any suggestions for programs to use?
