Feliway advice please

I read about Feliway, how it enhances peace in multi cat families, and how it calmes down scaredy cats.
Introducing a new pet it supposed to be easier too.
This product comes in spray bottles and air diffusers.

Anybody here with personal experience to this product?

It is also called "Comfort Zone" by Feliway.

Can't wait to hear what y'all have to say!
