Howdy all....

I have been MIA lately - with work, traveling and "other stuff" going on :-) Until I left for Norway about a month or so ago I was busy working, then I came back and had a case of I-don't-feel-like-working-yet and kept myself busy with all kinds of other stuff - like my house, my critters, travel and since work entails sitting in front of the 'puter and I was too accessible, I've been avoiding the 'puter and my office - I have been popping in and out of DG (lurking a little) and hardly any postings :-) Sooooo, I just wanted to say HI to all the Mid-Atlantic people, hope y'all are having a wonderful holiday season and I'll be back in action talking plants, bulbs, cacti, succulents, pictures and all the fun that entails after the holidays!!!

Someone just sent me a forward with beautiful pictures of the "Parrot Flower".

I have never seen this! It grows in Thailand. Amazing!!!! Someone also posted it on the Southwest Forum. This must be making the rounds......

Becky, glad to see you're still "with us" :) It's a busy time of the year for everyone, hoping to see more of you after the holidays. Love the picture from Naples, possibly my favorite place in Florida! I can't wait, we're traveling to Sarasota in February and we're going to HAVE to make a day trip to Naples, I can't resist!
